At MY WORKSHOP, we believe leadership is a stewardship entrusted by God and exercised through wisdom, humility, and service. 


Scripture reminds us that “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters” (Colossians 3:23). Leadership in the workplace is therefore both a responsibility and a calling.


We support leaders and teams through executive and leadership coaching, training workshops, and development programs that strengthen character, clarify purpose, and translate insight into faithful action. 


Our services are offered in English, French, and Spanish, serving clients locally and internationally.

Business Coaching

Group Coaching

Public Workshops

A stand-alone workshop addressing a targeted need, or

What to Expect in Coaching

Each coaching engagement begins with an alignment meeting to clarify goals, expectations, and ways of working.


In coaching, the client leads the focus of each session, choosing what to explore—unless coaching is paired with a training program. 


In that case, sessions align with and deepen the program’s topics and application.

After each session, clients receive a written recap within approximately 24 hours, including key insights, next steps, and any relevant resources to support continued progress

Learning Materials & Tools

Training is supported by high-quality, practical learning materials that reinforce application beyond the session, including:

  • Presentation slides with key concepts and frameworks
  • Participant notebooks with essential content, reflection questions, and activities
  • Interactive exercises, case studies, and group discussions
  • Job aids and tools to support on-the-job application after the training
